Remarks:

Rate is subject to local & other charges at POL and POD and subject to VAT based on the local rules.

It’s the responsibility of the shipper to release the BL on time in a way that the DO is available before arrival of the vessel in Jebel Ali; otherwise, the Late MRN Fee, Demurrage, Plug-in charges, the second leg vessel cancellation fee or any related fees will be applicable.

The rate is subject to Inspection, Container washing or damage, or any additional charges that are not under our control.

In case our offer is based on the Reefer (Operating or Non-operation) it’s the responsibility of the shipper to make sure the cargo will be fit in 40’HC Reefer container, otherwise all risks and responsibilities will be on the customers account.

Considering the validity of the offer is from sailing from Jebel Ali, if for any reason vessel sailed after the validity date, the offer will not be valid and rate may change.

Cargo should be well packed for de-stuffing and stuffing. If it is not properly packed, all related charges will be applicable.

Announced shipping line and Vessel schedule is subject to change, if customer does not accept a specific shipping line(s) or vessel they should inform us prior to booking request.

Subject to any GRI/War Risk or any other Surcharges revisions / inland haulage, or rate increase of any kind by the carrier/shipping line.

The Normal cross stuffing operation will start from door oppening of import container then load to the end of export container till be completed. Any other special pattern for loading, like keeping the same pattern of stuffing or cross stuffing in any special pattern, additional fee will be applicable.

Each truckload must not exceed the volume of a 40’ container or 2 x 20’ containers. The cargo weight per truck must not exceed the maximum container payload allowed by carriers.

Cargo must be well packed and suitable for safe stuffing and de-stuffing. If the cargo is not properly packed, all related charges for repacking or handling will be applicable. No signs, names, or terms relating to Iran are allowed on either inner or outer packaging.

The shipper is required to cooperate fully with Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) to prepare all necessary shipping documents.

If the nature or quantity of cargo differs from the declared details provided by the shipper, all risks, responsibilities, penalties, and costs shall be borne by the shipper.

Shipper must inform Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) at least 5 working days prior to cargo readiness for truck arrangement.

If a truck number is provided to the shipper and later cancelled by the shipper, all cancellation costs will be fully chargeable to the shipper.

Trucking from Iran to Turkey is subject to CMR terms and conditions and Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) trucking contract terms.

Rates for reefer containers are exclusive of plug-in charges, which will be applied as per actual costs.

Any required certifications at Mersin port (such as Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation, Health Certificate, etc.) are not included in the quoted rates. If such documents are required, the shipper must inform Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) prior to agreement and loading.

The rate is exclusive of additional charges such as special lashing, re-packing, hangar use, inspections, or other related costs that may apply.

The quoted rate is valid until the end of September 2018 and is subject to empty container availability and vessel space.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) acts solely as a freight forwarder, with liability limited under the FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services. All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the carrier's Bill of Lading.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) shall not be responsible for any changes to announced vessel routing, transshipment ports, or transit times as determined by carriers.

Free time will apply as per the written agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, standard carrier free time will be applied.

All rates are exclusive of destination local charges and Terminal Handling Charges (THC) at both origin and destination.

Additional local or non-local surcharges announced before vessel sailing may apply. Overweight surcharges will be as per carrier terms and conditions. Rates and surcharges are subject to change without prior notice until vessel departure.

For hazardous cargo or any cargo with hazardous residues, shipper must fully comply with IMDG rules and regulations. Acceptance is subject to Carrier and IMCO approval. Shipper is liable for any penalties, fines, or costs arising from mis-declaration or improper packaging. A Letter of Indemnity (LOI) from the shipper will be required.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) does not accept any responsibility or liability for issues, losses, or damages to your company or shipment resulting from international sanctions imposed on Iran trade or sanctioned commodities. It is prohibited to use Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) services for any dealings, shipments, or trade linked directly or indirectly with U.S., EU, or UN-sanctioned jurisdictions, or other high-risk jurisdictions such as Cuba, North Korea, Crimea Region, and Syria.

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall first be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties. If a settlement cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the Dubai Chamber of Commerce Arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Final freight charges will be calculated based on the actual chargeable weight and dimensions stated on the issued Air Waybill (AWB), as per IATA standards (whichever is higher between actual weight and volumetric weight).

Rates are subject to local airport handling charges, security screening fees, fuel surcharges, terminal charges, and any other applicable charges at the Airport of Departure (AOD) and Airport of Destination (AOD), including VAT where applicable based on local regulations.

Rates are subject to any potential charges related to late documentation, customs inspection, storage, or any cargo damage identified during transit or handling.

All cargo must be suitably packed and compliant with air cargo regulations for safe air transport. Improper or insufficient packaging may result in additional handling fees, repacking costs, or refusal of carriage.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) shall not be responsible for any changes to flight schedules, carrier routing, transshipment points, or transit times announced by the airline or its agents.

If the nature, weight, or volume of the cargo differs from what has been declared by the shipper, all additional risks, responsibilities, and costs incurred will be borne by the shipper.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) operates solely as a freight forwarder in accordance with the FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services, and its liability is limited accordingly.

It is strictly prohibited to use Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) services for arranging any shipments, trade, or services linked directly or indirectly with U.S., EU, or UN-sanctioned jurisdictions, sanctioned commodities, or any high-risk jurisdictions identified by Freight Collab, such as Cuba, North Korea, the Crimea Region, and Syria.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, losses, or damages arising due to international sanctions related to Iran trade or restricted commodities.

Shipper should provide the Packing list, the commercial invoice, and any other documents required by customs

The rate includes the transportation of two cars from the “Sharjah” area and delivery to Jebel Ali port, GATE Passes, TLUC, LGP Documents Charge, BOE, DPA, THC, BL Fee, inside port Transportation, TOKEN-VGM, Exit and Stamp, disassembling the battery of two cars, high-standard Loading and Securing two Cars.

The rate is subject to Ocean Freight and the destination's local charges

The shipper should provide an RTA Export Certificate and should have a Customs code. In case the shipper does not have a customs code, AED 500 will be applicable per Invoice for using our own customs code.

The shipper should provide the export certificate and car details before picking up the car,

The showroom (shipper) should give the hard copy of the export certificate to the car carrier driver at the time of loading

Subject to additional charges like car carrier waiting time, customs fees, fines, etc.

All disputes in connection with this Agreement and the execution thereof shall be settled by amicable negotiation and friendly discussions between both parties. If amicable settlement cannot be reached, the case shall then be submitted to Dubai Chamber of Commerce.

Customs clearance at Jebel Ali, and delivery to the consignee’s final address as agreed.

Return of empty container(s) to the carrier depot

Subject to import duty/VAT and all related inspection charges, washing, demurrage, detention and storage, MOFA and CID approvals if any.

Subject to proper stuffing and lashing of the cargo within the containers

Subject to the de-stuffing of the cargo at the delivery address by the receiver

A valid trade license (customs code) is required from the consignee/importer unless we agree to use our trading company.

The client must provide all required documents for import clearance.

Any storage, demurrage, detention, customs inspection, fines, scanning, special handling, transfer of ownership, document amendments, and any other port/customs-related charges will be billed at actuals if applicable.

Only valid for the normal cargo and subject to any certificates may need by municipality or any other organization required by the UAE customs.

Quoted charges in USD are payable in the UAE at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 3.685 AED.

The above rates apply to general (non-IMCO), non-perishable, non-oversized cargo with normal declared gross weight. Not applicable for hazardous, reefer, or out-of-gauge cargo unless otherwise agreed.

Subject to General Rate Increases (GRI), surcharge revisions, inland haulage fluctuations, or any carrier-imposed increases.

Booking confirmation is subject to acceptance of declared commodity, packaging method, and cargo readiness at time of booking request.

The shipment is subject to the full terms and conditions of the carrier’s bill of lading and the Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) house bill of lading.

Demurrage, detention, and all local charges beyond free time will be as per the shipping line’s official tariff.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) shall not be held liable for vessel routing changes, transshipment port changes, or delays in transit time.

If the actual nature or quantity of cargo differs from the declared cargo, all risks, costs, and responsibilities will be borne by the shipper/client.

In the event of any misdeclaration of the cargo—whether related to the nature, value, weight, quantity, or classification of goods—or in case of discovery of any prohibited, restricted, or illegal items within the shipment, all resulting fines, penalties, legal consequences, storage or inspection fees, and any other liabilities shall be solely borne by the shipper/client.

The consignee and/or the DDP service provider shall be indemnified from any claims, losses, damages, or delays arising due to such misdeclarations or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

It is the responsibility of the shipper/client to ensure full compliance with all relevant international and destination country laws, including but not limited to customs, trade, and transport regulations.

Freight Collab (Circle Bit Shipping L.L.C) acts solely as a freight forwarder, and its liability is limited as per FIATA Model Rules for Freight Forwarding Services.

It is prohibited to use Freight Collab’s services for transactions involving U.S., EU, or UN-sanctioned entities, commodities, or jurisdictions including Cuba, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea Region, or other high-risk zones as determined by Freight Collab.

Freight Collab assumes no responsibility for any issue, damage, or loss related to international sanctions imposed on Iran trade or restricted commodities.
